Motorcycle Adventure 2013: Part 2 -- FOG

On my recent motorcycle trip through the Blue Ridge Parkway, fog played a big part.  We hit dense fog in the mountains of North Carolina on both Friday and Saturday.

Friday, the fog closed in the last 15 miles as we approached Mt. Pisgah Inn, where we spent the night.  It is the highest point on the Parkway.

The next day, we hit very dense fog on either side of Craggy Gardens, riding for perhaps 20 miles in fog.  It was the most difficult riding of the entire 1,763 mile trip.

But the fog also resulted in some beautiful images.
